Reporting a keyboard issue
Include your keyboard make and model, operating system, browser and the page where the issue occurred. Tell us which layout and size were selected, which physical key you pressed, and what you expected to see. The last-key code and an optional exported report can help distinguish a diagram issue from a browser limitation.
Please do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive text. Test exports include key codes and counters; review them before sharing.
Before reporting a missing key
Try the key in another application, check that the browser page has focus, and review our browser limitations guide. Fn, Touch ID and operating system shortcuts may not produce events a website can receive.
